Elizabeth has dedicated her practice  exclusively to Family Law Practice for over 20 years. Her practice focuses on divorce and asset protection, child custody, paternity, adoption, termination of parental rights, modification of custody, visitation and child support, premarital and post-marital agreements, cohabitation agreements, and common law marriages.

Teresa Clark Evans
Teresa handles divorce litigation including complex property cases and highly disputed custody matters. She also represents clients in paternity suits, termination of parental rights, enforcement of child custody and child support, modification actions, adoption, premarital agreements and partition agreements. Teresa has extensive jury and bench trial experience in addition to practicing collaborative law in qualifying cases.  

Cynthia Dunn
Cynthia practices exclusively in the area of Family Law, and handles all cases impacting children and families, including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, modifications of Texas and out-of-state orders, custody, child support, enforcement, paternity, termination and adoption. Cynthia is Board Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

David Hoffmann
David’s practice is almost exclusively family law.  He has litigated a wide array of issues in the Family Courts of Dallas County as well as the District Courts of Kaufmann County, Parker County, Tarrant County, Collin County, Denton County, and Rockwall County.

Vanessa Jeffries
Vanessa's practice is almost exclusively family law. She handles all cases impacting children and families including divorce, modifications of Texas orders, custody, child support, and enforcement. She has litigated in the Family Courts of Dallas County as well as the District Courts of Collin County, Denton County, and Rockwall County.
