Representative Experience

• Mr. Hoffmann has represented numerous clients in various family law matters and has litigated a wide array of issues in the Family Courts of Dallas County as well as the District Courts of Kaufmann County, Parker County, Tarrant County, Collin County, Denton County, and Rockwall County. The issues Mr. Hoffmann has handled include, Grandparent Access and Possession, Parental Termination Proceedings, Marital Property Division Issues, Custody Issues, Possession and Access Issues, General Divorce Litigation, Paternity Suits, Child Support Issues, and Family Violence Matters.
• Mr. Hoffmann has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in both State and Federal Court in all manners of complex commercial litigation.
• Mr. Hoffmann has also handled all manners of insurance litigation matters including suits on professional liability policies, bad faith failure to settle claims on D&O and E&O policies and general defense matters on CGL policies.
• Mr. Hoffmann also represents one of the nation's leaders in the food & beverage industry in all of its litigation matters in the state of Texas.
